Hi there! I'm proud to announce that I will be holding a charity event starting in December for a local children's center! 
Any commissions done in December that are holiday or winter themed will have 50% donated to charity.
ALL of my original art and prints that are bought in December will have 25% donated to charity as well!
Also, if you don't particularly want some of my art, you can simply donate to www.gofundme.com/vanessascumstomart and 25% of all donations for December will go to charity as well.
I wanted to do this because 1. I was inspired by my friend who is doing tattoos for charity, and 2. to bring more customers in, I haven't sold a single piece of my original art yet! I'd love to see it go to someone while also benefiting children.

Hi there, thank you everyone for the llamas! I was not expecting that. Then again I'm not really sure what they're for, haha. Anyways, I've come to Deviantart (I don't come here very often because of the lack of  activity) to ask if anyone wants any art of mine.
I'm trying to become a tattoo artist and have my own custom art business. Currently I am a waitress and a full time student. If I raised enough money to get tattoo equipment, I'd be on my way to creating my business. I already have a page (www.facebook.com/vanessascustomart) but I haven't received many requests. Mostly people want me to draw something new for them, but my original art is well... never bought. I mean I'm pretty sure I've never been paid for one of my original artworks.
I hate to sound whiny and desperate, but I am getting discouraged at how often I find myself feeling alone in the art world. I really would like to find a fellow artist who can help me through it. I am also hoping to start a Youtube channel for my art where I make speed drawings. I need video software and other equipment for this. 
The best way to support me is to buy prints or original artwork, but I am always up for commissions. I have never received one on Deviantart. However, you can also donate to me at www.gofundme.com/vanessascustomart!
